Florida fire kills 5 children article 1 for mp2
The fire started at 10:40 p.m. in a small house in Marion County, Florida. The fire fighters arrived eight short minutes later but those few minutes seemed like forever to the owner of the house as well as for the families of the other children. Unfortunately when the fire-fighters arrived the house was fully engulfed in flames, mostly do to the fact that the house and most of the furniture inside was made from wood. Two girls ages six and eight died whilst three boys died ages eight, thirteen, and fifteen. The other three people in the house managed to escape the flames and are now being treated at their local hospital. Investigators and fire marshels are working to figure out the cause of the fire, so far they have no leads. One neighbor managed to break a window and help omne girl escape but the smake and smell was to strong for her to go back. They have recently uncovered that the fire was caused by a small heater exploding do to a thick wool carpet on top of it

Shooting Spree in Gainesvill, Florida
In total only two were killed, the gun-mans' father and the gun-man himself, while 5 others were injured. The gun-mans name was Clifford Miller he had a criminal record and was recently taken out of a mental hospital. From the look of things the people who were shot had something to do with Cliffords' admittance into the hospital. They said he was just driving around town with a sock over his head, nobody thought he was serious until he pulled a gun out. The entire attack lasted 13 minutes, then he pulled into his friends' drive-way and shot himself when the police closed in around him. His father was said to be a kind man who often helped his neighbors, and he loved his son dearly. Though none are sure what exactly caused Millers' attack, they have some ideas and most think its because he was released to early from the asylum and went on a rampage born from revenge. This story is still developing and I will make sure to keep you posted.

Air Balloon goes missing over Europe
Air Balloon goes missing over Europe during a race. Over six balloons out of ten have gone missing, though only one of them had Americans' in it. A storm blew them out near the Mediterranean and they were last heard from at 8 o'clock am on Wednesday morning. Since then they have lost track of the balloons and have no real way to find them. By a stroke of luck they managed in the last few hours to found five of the six balloons but the one balloon with Americans' in it still remains missing. They are still searching though they believe them to be somewhere in Switzerland or possibly flying over the Mediterranean. All neighboring countries are doing all they can to find the balloon, including sending boats into the ocean and have several search parties going over land. Everyone is trying their best to keep looking for them and having hope but they are quickly realizing the possibility of finding them are groing slimer by the hour. They have already told their family and they are going to Europe to help look. The names of the two Americans' are Richard Abruzzo and Carol Davis.

Antibiotic resistent Disease
Originally made in India this new Antibiotic resistant disease slowly spreads.Though it was originally only in India all patients who go to India for medical care return home with the disease, so far only 5 known people have died from it. There are 3 known cases in the United Stated but all who have recently gone to India are being tested, if someone is found to have this disease are to immediately be put into an isolated room where no visitors are allowed in. Mean while all immediate family members and people they have come in contact with are to be tested. In Canada they are doing much the same thing only in Canada they realized a bit to late what was happening so 2 people in Canada have died. Everyone is extremely worried about how fast this disease is spreading, Scientists are guessing that with-in a few months the disease will spread to the furthest reaches of the world. This new disease is still being examined by all scientists but all recommend that instead of using Germ-X to try to use soap ans warm water whenever possible, because it will only strengthen any viruses on your hand. That would be all the news on this super bug, please keep aware and try to avoid going to India for surgery and try to keep other people aware of this new bacteria.

She recieved many other gifts as well such as purses. Her favoriteresent was the gift certificate for Justice. Emily recieved many other small toys, like DSI games and shiny new watches. Our grandmother gave her a case for her cell phone whilst her godmother gave her cloth watches so you could switch what color band you had on.
Emily's favorite part of her birthday party was the panda cake. Inside was a marble filling with cookie crunches. The icing was whipped with rainbow colored flowers. The panda on the cake was a cartoonish bear with an eye patch! Over all it was a very nice party and the birthday girl loved all of it.
